How to get people to watch a podcast?

Hello.

I am about to launch my own podcast. For the time being, I want to keep the subject of the podcast a secret.

We want to know 2 things :

1. How do we get people to watch the podcast other than getting listed in iTunes?

2. How do we get sponsors?
